>>> STEPHANIE GLADMAN

Dietitian and Yoga Instructor

When you’re manifesting something from a place of deep feeling that you need to get this out there, people will come. In times of worry or fear, I come back to a place of trust, in believing that I am serving a need.

When you picture your ideal Sunday morning, what do you see?

Stephanie Gladman saw the potential to combine her skills as a Registered Dietitian and a Yoga Teacher to create wellness workshops which empower people to care for their digestive, physical and mental health all before Sunday brunch.

The combination of nutrition and yoga gives Stephanie the platform to engage with others in the most meaningful way she knows how. Providing essential information on nutritional health while guiding participants through yoga postures to enhance their well-being, Stephanie believes in her mission and is driven by purpose.

“When you’re manifesting something from a place of deep feeling that you need to get this out there, people will come. In times of worry or fear, I come back to a place of trust, in believing that I am serving a need.”

Tapping into her spiritual side, Stephanie exists on a different plane when teaching nutrition and yoga. “I feel I am connecting with people on a deep level by nurturing self-inquiry and empowering techniques that support mindful bodily presence as a means to grow and transform. It all comes from a place of service.”

Stephanie originally started practicing yoga as a means to build strength and improve flexibility, but she quickly learned the many benefits yoga had on calming her mind. “Yoga changed my life and I knew I needed to share this powerful path with others. So, in 2017, I signed up for a 200-hour teacher training. Since then, my love for this ancient practice continues to deepen and I’m learning more everyday!”

Taking this power into the workplace, Stephanie infuses the days of office employees with a dose of balance and mindfulness by guiding them through dynamic yoga postures and breath techniques.

In a world of cubicles and slumped shoulders over laptops, yoga practice is essential to help disconnect from the day-to-day hustle and develop skills to manage stress, optimize efficiency and think more creatively.

“There is infinite power in being with yourself in a profound way. It can have an effect on your body, mind and spirit. My mission is to create a safe space where people give themselves permission to take time for self-care.”

Knowing full-well the impact that her teachers have on her own practice, Stephanie is delighted at the prospect of being able to act as a guide for others, and to create the space they need to further connect with themselves both on and off the mat.
