Mix, Make, Move: An Afternoon with DANI

Who says Sundays are time to wind down the fun? Jam-pack your weekend with all the amusement, creativity and friendship you can conjure, with an assortment of activities to delight our friends at DANI House. Let loose to a musical beat, bury your hands deep in the mixing bowl of a popular recipe, break out the arts and crafts confetti, and jump into a vivacious round of “Jewpardy” (Jewish Jeopardy) — all in one day! Good things happen when our two Houses meet; we can nurture developmentally-delayed adults’ independence far better when we endeavour to do it together.

This installment, we’re sampling the flavour of Israel by learning Israeli folkdance, cooking falafel balls, and painting national flags and Hamsas!
